Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Sideline Log account and the data in it at any time. This page explains how, and what is removed.

Delete from the app (fastest)

  1. Log in to Sideline Log (web, iPhone or Android).
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Scroll to Delete Account, enter your password, and type DELETE to confirm.

Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

Can't log in?

Email [privacy contact email] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify it is you and complete the request within [30] days. You may be able to reset your password first and delete the account yourself.

What gets deleted

  • Your account, profile, and sign-in details.
  • The athletes you added, and their notes, ratings, match events, and logs.
  • Teams you coach, including rosters, invite codes, and matches.
  • Your athletes' links to teams owned by other coaches.
  • Data queued on the device you delete from.

What may remain

Copies in our service providers' routine backups are overwritten on their normal schedule ([typically within 30 days]). We may keep limited records where the law requires it.
