Common questions
- I forgot my password. Use Forgot password on the log in screen and we will email you a reset link.
- I recorded stats with no signal. Are they saved? Yes. They are stored on your device and sync automatically the next time you are online. Keep the app installed until the banner says everything is synced.
- How do I join my child's team? Ask the coach for an invite code, then open Team Hub and choose Join a Team.
- Who can see my notes?Only you, unless you turn on “Share with coach” for a log.
- How do I delete my account? See Delete your account.
